I went to the Asbury Park boardwalk for the first time in almost a year. I think I was having a minor gout attack which made walking painful for me. When I returned to my living space, I iced my foot and things seemed to be better in the morning. As Sunday progressed the pain seemed to be mitigated. Went ahead and made black bean broth, drank some around 6 p.m. and hopefully Monday will be pain-free like Friday.

Not certain about my headspace. The dream I had on Sunday morning was a bit intense for me. I feel alone.
