Went to therapy, it went okay but I screwed up. Appointment was at 3 p.m. and I thought it was at 4 p.m. Afterwards I went to Leah, gave her a four page letter about my situation. Came home and was overwhelmed with anxiety about the future. Spoke with my dealer and they were somewhat helpful and I don't say that to demean them. Spoke with my friend Wednesday and he's a good guy. I don't believe watching The Boys is helping my outlook for the future.
